Introduction to our various Units:
- Management Unit: Top mgt level assist to Managing Director, strategic management of all units and enhancing operational efficiency
- Agtech Accelerator Unit: Managing agtech startups and industry accelerators for partnerships, test and research within our rice fields farmland in Thailand.
- AI Unit: Identifying and using AI tools to solve various challenges from all Units for corporate operational efficiency. Good at business issue solving and programming skills, hardcore programming needed (eg. React, Next.js, C++, Python, AI language modelling, APIs, etc) required. Knowledge and experience in using Ai to help coding or app creation, eg. GROK, POE.COM, Mindpal, MAKE, Loveable, etc or any new AI tools. skilled at AI prompt usage and engineering.
- Social Media Unit: Managing all social media accounts and strategies
- Venture Capital Unit: Develop and handle new or existing relationships with our corporate clients, investors, and investment partners; will require offsite visits to meet with clients or investors. Engage external stakeholders and refer high-potential opportunities to internal units.
- Animal Charity Platform Unit: Animal Charity Platform is the charity arm of Rouge International & Rouge Ventures. It is an open and free platform to help last call, last chance cases, from legitimate animal charities globally, by reposting their call-for-help news. Knowledge of FB & Instagram postings procedures and community/partner collaborations skills required.
General Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; good & CLEAR English (written and verbal)
- Good professional attitude, responsible, team player, independent, disciplined, strong leaders
- Ability to work independently, efficiently and effectively in a remote team environment; motivating others & be a leader
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent proficiency in various AI & web tools like Grok, Gemini, ChatGPT, Canva, etc
- Physically located in Asia time zones preferred (Between UTC+3 to UTC+12)
